Continuing Education for KI Facilitators and Associates. The day includes:
Learning about new KI curricula, consultation practices and advance training modules
Assess where one is in the certification process for KI Associate and create individual certification plan
Opportunities to demonstrate proficiency.

Building Bridges
Dialogue on Race and other important issues of our time
Thursday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
In an increasingly polarized and violent world, there are few places where people can have a reasonable and constructive dialogue about race relations and other important issues of our time. Imagine the churches in your neighborhood having the ability to provide gracious time and place for truth-seeking dialogue that can achieve non-violent mutual understanding.
Participants will:
- Experience a full dialogue process on race relations
- Learn how to provide hospitality and prepare people for dialogue, not debate.
- Learn how to invite people from their church and neighborhood to come to an initial dialogue to achieve mutual understanding through deep listening
- Learn how to access the Building Bridges dialogue curriculum to continue their development as dialogue facilitators by participating in future KI webinars.

Holy Currencies Orientation:
Model and Processes for missional and Sustainable Ministries
Friday 10:00 am – 5:30 pm (includes dinner)
Learn how to transform your ministry making it missional and sustainable by developing the Holy Currencies: Time & Place, Gracious Leadership, Relationship, Truth, Money and Wellness. These currencies flow and recirculate to form a Cycle of Blessings which empower congregations to strengthen their internal relationships as well as reach out and connect with the diverse populations in their neighborhoods.
Prerequisite: KI Facilitator Training or the equivalence.

Holy Currencies Application:
Stewardship, Ministry Incubation and Interim Ministry
Saturday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Participants will have a choice between 2 workshops:
Stewardship365: create a year-round stewardship program that includes pledging of all 6 holy currencies.
Ministry Incubation: learn how to use Holy Currencies processes to revitalized an existing ministry making it missional and sustainable or to incubate a new one.
Prerequisite: Holy Currencies Orientation or the equivalence
Readings: Holy Currencies and Holy Currency Exchange by Eric H. F. Law, and for stewardship, Drawing on Holy Currencies by Dave Law and Eric H. F. Law
GracEconomic Registration fee: $150-$300
LODGING & MEALS: $100/night [$20/night single supplemental for private room] 2 meals/day [breakfast/lunch]. We can only accommodate 16 double-occupancy rooms at our retreat center; once we reach that number, lodging reservations are closed (we can recommend nearby hotels for accommodations). Meals are $25/day for commuters or people who are not staying on-site at the retreat center].
