Facilitator Training

Are you ready to equip yourself with the capacity to facilitate vital conversations? In an increasingly polarized and violent world, there is a need for people who can guide reasonable and constructive dialogue on important issues. Imagine being one of those people who is able to provide gracious time and place for truth-seeking dialogue that can achieve non-confrontational mutual understanding.

This facilitator training will provide resources to coordinate and facilitate inclusive small group dialogue using the KI gracious leadership tools, skills and processes. Also, it will equip you with tools to learn how to invite people to come to an initial dialogue, designed to achieve mutual understanding through deep listening. This training event will provide KI resources for your work and ministries and for building and nurturing relationships in your congregation.

The sessions will occur on February 15, 22, 29, March 7, 14, and 21 from 10am-12pm Pacific time on Zoom. It is necessary to attend all six sessions.

Kaleidoscope Institute uses a sliding scale called GracEconomics. We ask that you pay as close to the upper number as your financial resources allow. To participate in this training, please make a donation between $400 - $1200 using the form below (the workshop is valued at $700). Please let us know if the cost is prohibitive and we can work with you.
