New Ministry Incubation

Do you have an idea for a new ministry? Would you like to redevelop an existing ministry to make it more sustainable and missional?

Partner with the Kaleidoscope Institute to incubate this new idea for ministry and make it a reality.

When we say incubate, we mean that we will offer the processes, framework and tools to develop new or existing ideas for programs and ministries into a living and breathing practice!

We will use the Holy Currencies/Cycle of Blessing model to engage church members and your community to build relationships, discern the truth and develop leadership and financial resources. A KI Associate will coach your church team throughout this process to create a fully developed ministry plan to launch the incubated ministry.

What participants have said about Holy Currencies Incubation

Our Typical Process

  • We recommend a committed group of 6-8 people who will guide this process and get your community involved.

We encourage you to join forces with other congregations and organizations in your community to walk in this process with you.

  • We will gather for a two-day retreat to introduce the Holy Currencies concepts, build your team, and make initial plans.

  • Your group will meet on a regular basis to work through each of the Currencies. You will discover the strengths and opportunities for your community as these currencies flow together. KI will be right beside you coaching you through each step.

  • All along the way you will be implementing your learnings and developing your plans. At the end of this process, you will have a comprehensive ministry plan to share with funders, inspire your future growth, and help keep you committed to this new ministry.
