Join us for the Gracious Leadership Series with Kaleidoscope Institute. We will gather online most Wednesdays, starting September 17th at 10 am Pacific
In our time together we will explore many of the great resources from the Kaleidoscope Institute for building Gracious Environments where difference flourishes as a gift for building transformative and sustainable communities. No prior knowledge of Kaleidoscope Institute resources will be assumed at any session.
You may come for any or all sessions. Join us as it works for your schedule. In this session, we will explore the role of diversity in the Bible and the Church to identify the qualities of a culturally competent leader in a diverse, ever-changing world. We will confront our own embedded assumptions, inherited biases, and gain the tools to deepen our awareness of these cultural patterns.

In this session, we will unpack how social, cultural, and historical contexts shape meaning, and how to consider multiple layers of context in communication. We will gain the tools to consider the difference between high and low context and how to use this awareness to improve intercultural communication.
