Upcoming Sessions (Wednesdays at 10 am Pacific, 11am Mountain, 12pm Central, 1pm Eastern)
February 18 Ash Wednesday - Break
February 25 Individual Power Analysis: As we discern how we engage with power, it is helpful for us to consider those places where society offers us power due to our identities. We will explore this together.
March 4 Reactions to Difference : We will explore the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity. This is a helpful tool to help us be more open to the differences in our communities and better acknowledge the gifts of our diverse communities.
March 11 Body analogy of the Church: We will explore how we navigate between welcoming only people who are just like us, resulting in not being able to meet the needs of the diverse changing population, and welcoming anyone and everyone, which may result in losing our identity.
March 25 Exclusive Boundaries & The Grace Margin: We will examine how our boundaries might exclude people or limit the possibilities of our communities. This is preparation for our exploration next week as we attempt to create a better place for Grace and greater welcome.
April 4 Grace Margin: We will further explore the concept of Grace Margin as space where transformation happens and we are more intentional about how boundaries are used for the well-being of the community..
