We will gather online most Wednesdays at 10 am Pacific, 11am Mountain, 12pm Central, 1pm Eastern
In our time together we will explore many of the great resources from the Kaleidoscope Institute for building Gracious Environments where difference flourishes as a gift for building transformative and sustainable communities. No prior knowledge of Kaleidoscope Institute resources will be assumed at any session.

Upcoming Sessions (Wednesdays at 10 am Pacific, 11am Mountain, 12pm Central, 1pm Eastern)
March 25 Grace Margin: We will further explore the concept of Grace Margin as space where transformation happens and we are more intentional about how boundaries are used for the well-being of the community.
April 1 and April 8 we will be taking a break, first for Holy Week then for a week of sabbath as people rest and reflect.
April 15 Definitions: We will explore how our perceptions can grow from simple observations to prejudice and destructive isms. We will ask our selves, what will we do when we notice we’re acting in ways that go against our values.
April 22 Are our ministries balanced? In this gathering we will look at ways to invite our congregations to explore the balance of ministry. This reflective practice can help our communities gain a better understanding for how we create a sustainable community.
April 29 Exploring the History of the Church. In this gathering we will share stories of how we’ve engaged congregations in a time of history sharing, while we discover the patterns that have sustained and challenged us over the years.
