This is not just a conference—it’s a living space for facilitators, faith-rooted leaders, and changemakers who want to practice a different way of being together. Rooted in Holy Currencies, intercultural wisdom, and the Kaleidoscope Way, we gather not to be taught, but to learn with and from one another.
Together we will equip participants with deeper proficiency in Gracious Leadership and KI methodologies which seek to cultivate radically welcoming spaces and strengthen partnerships.
You will leave with practical skills, contextualized tools, and renewed imagination for leadership—joyful, energized, and ready to build communities of belonging.
We will do this through interactive workshops, storytelling, and peer learning, we explore KI tools, practice applying them to real-world leadership challenges, and collaborate in a supportive community of practice.
You are welcome here whether this is your first time at a Kaleidoscope Institute Event, or if you are a seasoned leader. We look forward to a diversity of experiences with Kaleidoscope Institute resources.
We will gather at Trinity Retreat Center, West Cornwall, CT. Shuttle service available from Hartford Airport on Monday and Friday.
Schedule:
The institute will begin at 4:00 pm on Monday, October 20th and conclude Friday, October 24th at 11:00 am. The schedule will include morning and evening prayer, small group conversation and free time to enjoy the beauty of Trinity Retreat Center.
Mon, Oct 20 – Evening arrival, welcome, community-building
Tue, Oct 21 – Basic toolkit & shared language
Wed, Oct 22 – Leadership stories & skill-building
Thu, Oct 23 – Practicing tools, reflection, celebration
Fri, Oct 24 – Closing & departures by 11 am

Rates:
Housing and meals are included in your registration. Rates are per person and include all room and meal charges for the entire gathering (Monday dinner through Friday breakfast).
Single Occupancy: $1,300
Double Occupancy: $1,100

Refund Policy
Refunds will be awarded in the following ways: Full refund if notice of cancellation is received on or before September 27; full refund less $40 If notice of cancellation is received after September 27, but before October 5; no refunds will be given after October 5, 2025. All requests for refunds must be in writing and received by The Kaleidoscope Institute via email, fax, or U.S. mail.
